Library Orientation Programe 2025-26

Library Orientation Programme was organized on 02/04/2025 for Classes VI A and VI B in the LIBRARY.
Library offers for our users to learn more about library and its resources. User education/Library Orientation is offered through library open tours and lecture at library hall in the begging of each academic year. User Education instruction take place in the library. In the library students can experience it's resources physically.
WORLD BOOK AND COPYRIGHT DAY 2025
Books are like a window onto another world – with each new page, they introduce us to new people, new cultures and new ideas. Every year, on 23 April, UNESCO celebrates World Book and Copyright Day to recognize the power of books as a bridge between generations and across cultures.
The theme for World Book Day 2025 is "Read Your Way".
CLASS I VISIT TO LIBRARY Dated: 09/04/2025
Curious and Enthusiastic minds of Class I visited library. They were shocked and also very happy to see such a large collection of documents. They have no experience of library earlier. They saw each and every corner of library and they are eager to use the available resources.
They enjoyed the tour.
पुस्तकोपहार कार्यक्रम (Pustakophar) 2025
पी एम श्री केंद्रीय विद्यालय आद्रा में पुस्तकोपहार कार्यक्रम का आयोजन

छात्र छात्राओं के लिए पी एम श्री केंद्रीय विद्यालय आद्रा में पुस्तकोपहार कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया था। छात्र छात्राओं ने पिछली कक्षाओं की पुस्तके उपहार स्वरूप भेट की। प्राचार्य महोदय श्री कपिल सहगल जी ने पुस्तक दान करने और एक दूसरे की मदद करने की मुहिम की सराहना किए। इस प्रकार के आयोजन से छात्रों को केवल शैक्षिक दृष्टिकोण से ही नहीं, बल्कि सामाजिक दृष्टिकोण से भी सशक्त बनाया जा सकता हैं। पुस्तकालयधक्ष श्रीमती शर्मिला घोष ने पर्यावरण संरक्षण में पुस्तकोपहार कार्यक्रम की भूमिका में आलोकपात करते हुए बताए कि पुस्तकों का पुन: उपयोग करने से कागज की आवश्यकता में कमी आती है और पेड़ों की कटाई भी रोकी जा सकती है। इस प्रकार बच्चों में समाजसेवा की भावनाओं के भी विकास किया जा सकता हैं।
